Jon has done it again; helping my growing family secure our dream home, but not without driving them all over the Bay Area to search high and low for the perfect property. To say that my husband and I were looking for a house is innocuous enough, but this time around we reserved to be much more selective looking for unique characteristics that would fit our family for the next few decades, if not forever, and we had an extra person, our toddler daughter, Fiona, with us at every open house, meeting, and inspection. Jon is a rockstar. So our story, jumping back about 20 months ago we decided it was time to find a home in Lafayette. Simple right? Not so much, we had an interesting mixed-up list of what we needed (wanted) and we were referred to Jon. After a quick intro to our bucket list he complied a sampling of homes to view. At the very first house we went to, he started to 'eloquently' describe the features of the home and I blurted 'hmmm you sound like a realtor...' and the formality was gone. Jon became our friend. There should be an expression past 'above and beyond' for how Jon handled the sale of our home of 20 years. In the beginning, he listened well and lent his experience and expertise. During this, he handled all the details, large, small, and truly daunting. He always showed our house in the best possible light and kept us aware of what was happening.
