What an Incredible Experience at the 2nd Annual Compass Economic Summit! I had an amazing time in Lake Tahoe—connecting with fellow agents, learning from industry experts, and gaining valuable insights into the ever-changing real estate market. The sessions on strategic planning and the latest marketing trends were packed with takeaways that will help me continue delivering top-tier service to my clients.

I also made time for a bit of self-care by hitting the beautiful Sagehen Creek Trail for an early morning hike. This stunning 4.5-mile trail winds through lush meadows, alongside a mountain stream, and offers incredible wildlife and wildflower views. It was the perfect way to recharge and get ready to dive back into business with fresh energy!

As we enter the fall season, the real estate market is gaining momentum with the lowest interest rates we’ve seen since early this year. August followed typical seasonal trends, but with the Federal Reserve cutting rates for the first time since 2020 and mortgage rates just above 6%, I believe we’re about to see an increase in market activity. Buyers who’ve been waiting for a drop in interest rates may find this is the right time to make their move.
